Choose students
Select one saved student or a class. Add or update aliases and interests under Students & classes.
Built for maths teachers
Sign in to create a worksheet for one student or a whole class.
Preview the workflow without using credits or uploading a real file.
Four-stage workflow
Choose students, upload a worksheet, set the personalisation, then review the total before generation.
You can leave this page while your worksheets are being created.
Generation complete
The files have also been saved in Worksheet history.
Reusable profiles
Add non-identifying learner profiles with separate interests, then organise them into classes.
For privacy, use only the student identifier you need. Initials, classroom labels or aliases can reduce unnecessary personal information.
Uses only the saved student profile.
Classes are optional, but provide the fastest whole-class generation workflow.
Saved files
Find, download or permanently delete worksheets that have already been generated.
Step-by-step help
Use these instructions at any time, or open the interactive demonstration.
Select one saved student or a class. Add or update aliases and interests under Students & classes.
Add a PDF, Word file, spreadsheet or image that you own or have permission to adapt.
Choose the age category, personalisation level, answer-key option, output format and AI-image option.
Check the worksheet count, planned images and total credits. You may leave the page after the job is queued.
Do not use real student names or upload copyrighted material unless you have permission to use and adapt it.
Account balance
Worksheet generation uses one credit per started group of 15 students. Personalised images use separate credits across the full generation.
Payment successful

Update your password and manage active sessions.
Protect administrator access with a six-digit authenticator code.
Enter this setup key in an authenticator app. Do not share it.
Store these offline. Each code works once and is displayed only when created.
Permanently remove your students, classes, uploaded worksheets, generated worksheets and operational account data.
You must cancel an active monthly plan before deletion. Billing amounts are retained without payment details. This action cannot be undone.
Team workspace beta
Invite colleagues and manage basic team roles. Credits, students, classes and files remain personal in this release.
The owner can assign administrator or member access.
Restricted operations
Product, customer, revenue, reliability and data operations in one governed workspace.
Data context
All data · selected period No launch boundary is applied; the reporting-period control still applies.Saved launch views filter every historical admin report without moving, deleting or relabelling the underlying records. Live operational controls remain live.
Create as many trial or production boundaries as needed. Each one automatically provides a “since launch” view and a reversible “before launch” view.
Failures, slow generations and other records that warrant investigation.
Open a record to inspect its timeline, timing, provider calls and evidence.
Primary investigation workspace
Start with compact records, then open the detail drawer for timeline, timing and linked evidence.
Generation timing recorder
End-to-end, queue and processing distributions with stage-level bottlenecks and slow-tail records.
Controlled production-pipeline testing
Upload one small benchmark worksheet, freeze two synthetic learner versions as the text-only benchmark, then compare the same question slots across low, medium and high image profiles.
The source is analysed once and retained privately for repeatable admin tests.
Select two to five top-level questions and configure exactly two synthetic students.
The fixed snapshot is the no-images benchmark. One click then creates three sequential child jobs. Customer credits are not charged; provider usage remains recorded as internal testing.
Select a batch to compare individual question images and download its three test PDFs.
Every row represents the same synthetic student and personalised question across all three production profiles.
Production monitoring
Prioritised worker, queue, generation, payment, storage, provider, upload-screening and retention alerts.
Emergency control
Disabling this switch blocks new text and image API calls across server instances, aborts jobs that are still using the provider, and cancels queued or paused jobs with an idempotent credit refund. Jobs that have already finished all provider calls are allowed to save their completed worksheet so paid API work is not discarded. Cancelled jobs are never restarted automatically.
For an independent hard stop, set AI_GENERATION_ENABLED=false in Render. The dashboard cannot override that environment setting.
Provider-neutral API framework
Configure one text provider and one image provider, with optional fallbacks. Provider selections are locked onto each new generation job and never change during an active generation.
Credentials remain in Render environment variables. Tests use normalised diagnostics and do not display raw provider responses.
Estimated costs are shown alongside provider-reported costs where an API supplies them.
Edit provider-neutral guidance. Code-controlled privacy, output-schema, answer-policy, safety and reconciliation rules remain locked.
Input, output and total tokens by generation.
Provider success, local fallbacks, retries, latency, scene-planner usage and estimated cost for image-enabled worksheet generations.
Prompts are not stored here. Telemetry uses identifiers, prompt hashes and numeric usage data.
Usage and unit economics
Provider-reported cost is preferred; calculated estimates remain visibly labelled.
Owner-level business metrics.
Account support
Select an account, inspect its complete credit and account history, then add or remove credits with an audited reason.
Admin data controls
View worksheet ownership, dates, storage, operational records and analytics. Accounts, students, classes, payments and credit history are protected and are not available for deletion here.
Forensic diagnostics
Create one chronological, redacted trace containing the linked job, timing, provider, image, storage and generation evidence.
Storage administration
Inspect database table sizes, legacy PostgreSQL worksheet binaries, R2 objects, ownership references and orphaned objects. New v44 files are stored in R2 when configured; PostgreSQL retains ownership, job and worksheet metadata.
Referenced objects are linked to a saved worksheet or queued source. Orphan objects are not referenced by current application metadata.
Disable AI generation first. Migration uploads every legacy app_files object, updates worksheet and job references, verifies the inventory, then optionally removes the PostgreSQL bytea values.
Only objects that are not referenced by any worksheet generation or generation job are eligible. Select specific orphan rows, or preview all currently detected orphans.
Permanent deletion
Every action requires a preview, current admin password and an exact typed confirmation. Deleted data is not recycled and cannot be restored from this interface.
Governance
Append-only record of generation controls, data changes, exports and sensitive administrative actions.
Reusable profiles
Add student aliases and interests, then optionally organise saved students into classes.
Use aliases, initials or another non-identifying label.
