Payment and Credit Adjustment Policy

One-off credits and the monthly plan are purchased through Square. The product does not provide change-of-mind or discretionary cash refunds for unused credits or subscription periods.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, those rights continue to apply.

Generation credit adjustments

If generation work fails before a usable output is provided, or fewer usable images are produced than were reserved, applicable unused generation credits are restored to the account automatically. This is an account-credit adjustment, not a monetary refund.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling the $30 AUD monthly plan stops future monthly 60-credit additions after cancellation becomes effective. Credits already accumulated remain in the account. Cancelling does not automatically create a monetary refund for the current subscription period.

Payment errors

If Square shows a completed charge but the corresponding credits do not appear, contact support@personalisedworksheetgenerator.com. Include the account email, date, amount and Square receipt reference. Do not include child information or card numbers.
