Privacy Policy

The service is designed to minimise unnecessary student information. Where practical, use initials, classroom codes, generic learner labels or aliases instead of more identifying information.

Minimise student information

Only enter information needed to personalise the worksheet. Avoid unnecessary contact details, addresses, sensitive personal information, medical information or other identifying information. The website does not automatically block names; the account holder is responsible for deciding what student information is appropriate to enter.

Student profiles

The service stores the classroom identifier or alias you provide, separate interest entries, optional teaching notes and class membership. This is minimised or pseudonymous classroom information rather than guaranteed anonymous information. Student profiles and class information are kept until you delete them or delete the account.

Uploaded worksheets

Uploaded source worksheets may be retained for up to 7 days so generation and permitted alterations can be completed. They are then deleted from application storage unless you delete them earlier.

Generated worksheets

Generated worksheet files may be retained for up to 60 days so they can be downloaded from Worksheet history. They are then removed from application storage unless you delete them earlier.

Generation and deletion records

When you delete a generation, its generated files and associated customer generation record are removed. Operational records may also be removed earlier under automated maintenance. Account deletion removes remaining learner, class, worksheet and operational account data.

Account information

Account and profile information is kept while your account exists. Account deletion is immediate once the required checks are completed. An active monthly subscription must be cancelled before account deletion is permitted.

Billing records

Square handles card and payment-instrument details. This website does not store card numbers. After account deletion, the application may retain non-identifying billing amounts, currency and transaction dates indefinitely for accounting and business records. The retained application record is not linked to the deleted learner, worksheet or account profile and does not retain card details.
